I believe every design should be strategic and create value for developers, end-users, and the business behind it.
Before pivoting my career to product design, I worked as a management consultant and advised more than 25 Fortune 500 companies on product strategy, customer experience, and digital transformation.
Each of my client projects was rooted in solving problems for people, processes, and technology to better support "human needs", which led me to study Human-Computer Interaction at Carnegie Mellon where I learned how to solve the same problems through design.
As a product designer, I ideate, prototype, and iterate concepts that not only bring joy to end-users but also solve the "right problems" for businesses.
